After a number of communications, I found the vendors grandmother is very ill and had to leave right away. I explained that if this type of thing is communicated, I believe customers will understand and go overboard to accommodate. After the situation was explained, and the vendor actually apologized, I want to change my rating, and opinion of this vendor. It actually gave me the o to look their entire inventory.
