The seller bent over backwards to supply me with the correct replacement pole. Communications were the BEST! Seller gets 5+ stars for going the extra mile to correct this issue. Honest and Professional seller., so shop here with confidence that you will be treated as a valued customer. Hope to shop here again in the future.

When they discovered that the part they sent me didn’t work, they sent me a full refund and I didn’t even ask for it. I was able to disassemble the part they sent plus my original part and swap out the shafts. In the end, I wound up with what I needed, plus an unexpected refund. This company obviously cares about its customers experiences.
