HNCO (Eva) responded quickly and resent another consignment - tracking the package all the way. On receiving, though neo vintage, the consignment was authentic and in excellent condition. I would also say excellent value. Really pleased with the item and the assistance provided by HNCO (Eva) in responding quickly to the original loss within UK Customs,
