It finally arrived in good condition and as described - Nice!. But 2 days later we received a second shipment of the identical boxes (mistakenly put our address on shipment). So, spent the next week communicating with seller and finally received instructions on how to return it. As the item was over 100lbs, it wasn't as simple dropping it off as one would think. In the end, everything is good! Thx!

Supposedly sent via fedex with no tracking available until out for delivery. On the last day of the delivery window 16 days after order it had not arrived but was now tracking as out for delivery next day. Messaged seller, they immediately refunded my money. Then the packages showed the next day as delivered (but pictured at a different house)??? Complete waste of time!
