I think for the cost of shipping it could have been packaged better given that the original box did not provide much support for the item. Besides the antenna, the device arrived as described and the purchase price was a great value for the product. Saved $250 off retail price of the monitor. Seller stated the item would be shipped within 24 hours and would arrive in 4 days but the item took 4 days just to ship out and 9 days to arrive. Could have been a little faster hence the $66 shipping cost but besides that I had no issues and would definitely recommend the seller. 👍

It wasn't there fault, so the refund was very much appreciated, shipped in a timely manner, although the shippers were poor. It came as the listing described, and despite the delivery driver sucking, the package was well wrapped and secured so nothing was broken.
