Unfortunately, it arrived with two broken pieces leaving the lid to open and expose all the electrical components. I think it's fixable. Extra styrofoam or even bubble wrap may have secured the item better within the box. The box wasn't damaged but the styrofoam inside was shredded to small pieces. I'm assuming this package had a rough ride with the delivery service.

I appreciate your response to my request so fast and hopefully will do business with you again. Thank you again for getting back with me as soon as you did. Sorry I can't give no rating as I haven't seen the phones yet. But hopefully they are as nice as they look.
