Said the card had been mislabeled and that it was not near mint as it had stated and that he was very sorry. He immediately refunded me and told me to go ahead and keep the card, which was very nice of him. I like the communication, fast shipping, and the way he helped me fix my problem ASAP. A+ would recommend!
