He was told no. After receiving it he puts in a false return with a screenshot of a random seller saying it would work. After being proved wrong by the actual manufacturer multiple times he came up with excuse after excuse to return it. The photos are of him using it with a USB-C only connection and even then I'm not sure if they are real. I have used the monitor for 4 days after I got it back and it works perfectly.
