I believe they’re factory refurbished which is why they’re so cheap! They come unsealed and you may need to flip the lock tab on the card before first use. I’ve used 8 of them so far and have been able to fill them completely full with no failures. The write speed isn’t extremely fast but that may just be my cheap sd card adapter. Highly highly recommend.
