I wrote Andreas Antiques for assistance on Christmas and they immediately responded. They had true care and empathy for our potential loss. They also helped open a case for me with FedEx and kept in communication with me through 12/27 when FedEx must have got the package from the wrong delivery address and dropped it off today.
