The instrument is exactly as advertised and seller even gave me some extra info about the instrument's state. The item arrived with a fresh calibration. I would purchase expensive and delicate instruments again from this seller without any hesistation. He is a true asset to EBay. A +++++++++++++ ( times ten )

However, the seller apologised & immediately posted a replacement which arrived just 3 days later. However, this 1, whilst better, also didn't match its description. Since this 2nd unit seemed to otherwise be ok and the voltage was some 1.5v higher than the very 1st unit I'd purchased just over 4 years earlier from another seller, I was able to accept his generous offer of a 50% refund as an equitable solution.
