Reviews
"Jason Blum has done it again with this collection of startlingly imaginative and remarkably potent tales. Anyone who loves a brilliant story--scary or otherwise--should read this book." --Ryan Murphy, co-creator of American Horror Story "Like the best horror movies, these stories begin in the real world, then slyly move you to a darker place, a nightmare world just beyond our reality. I enjoyed my visit to The Haunted City --but I am still shivering." --R.L. Stine, author of Goosebumps and Fear Street "I found myself double checking that my door was locked. This anthology is a compelling reminder that it does not take anything but a good story to terrify." --M. Night Shyamalan, writer and director of The Sixth Sense and Unbreakable "Great horror storytelling. Jason Blum has assembled the top, twisted talents for this anthology." --James Wan, director of Insidious , The Conjuring , and Furious 7 " The Blumhouse Book of Nightmares is the perfect book to read at bedtime...especially if you want to stay awake with the lights on all night." --Jeff Lindsay, New York Times bestselling author of the Dexter novels "The stories in this book are written by some of the most macabre, original minds working in cinema today...I loved it. You'll love it too." --Leigh Whannell, cowriter of Saw and director of Insidious: Chapter 3 "The best chills always start with great stories and sometimes short ones too! This anthology shows how sharp Jason Blum is when it comes to finding fresh blood to haunt our nightmares." --Alexandre Aja, writer and director of The Hills Have Eyes and Mirrors

- e***- (122)- Feedback lasciato dall'acquirente.Mese scorsoAcquisto verificatoUnfortunately I received a damaged book, the item and the package both were damaged and it was clearly evident its appearance that it happened during transit. The seller was very understanding and gave me a full refund for the damaged book, though it was no fault of their own. Other than the damage, the book was as described, the quality and condition aside from the damaged spot was like new. The cost of the book was reasonable. I would definitely purchase from the seller again.
- v***v (2101)- Feedback lasciato dall'acquirente.Ultimi 6 mesiAcquisto verificatoAlthough this book was not as described, with no picture of it in the listing, the seller communicated well and quickly gave me a full refund while letting me keep it. The minimal packaging left the book a bit vulnerable (typical for ThriftBooks), but it did arrive safely and timely. As usual, it’s hit or miss with this seller, but often times you can get great values, and their customer service is always very good. Many other sellers with millions of transactions don’t even communicate. How to chalk talk, by Harlan Tarbell (N° 197064259889)
