The box came in a thin padded envelope and the corner were crushed and a little beat up. Other than that, the item itself is great. Original packaging, everything individually wrapped. Great value for it being a brand new item. The headset feels great in my hands and on my head. It looks great, just like the photos! Kudos to the seller for accepting a lower offer as well!
