Item arrived late and was damaged. Shipping was incredibly slow, and the item was poorly packaged using dirty animal feed bags. Poor communication throughout the entire process. I decided to have the item repaired at my own expense, instead of sending the item back due to its rarity. I'm also confused by what you mean by "Dirty animal feed bags" Are you sure you don't have this confused with a similar Ebay order? All my shipping supplies are purchased at Costco. The picture does not show a frame so I give the seller A++ for excellent packaging and timely delivery. Im sure this was a proofreading glitch
