Secondly, it took weeks to get a response to my message concerning the damaged book. They offered 20% off COVER price.. pretty insulting considering I paid a lot more than that. Avoid using this seller, items won't arrive as advertised and their responses are more about pandering and saying the right thing but doing the opposite. Tried to give grace until I ran out of it.. now it's about making sure others avoid this experience. F+++

I explained the item was purchased as a gift and needed to no if there was an issue. I never got a response. Poor customer service. Product was as advertised and packaged well.
