They were very helpful and responsive! I purchased the books for decorating a wedding shower. They are going to fulfill the idea and plan. In my opinion, I do think that they should have been shipped in a more sturdy box. Nevertheless, I am very satisfied with the purchase.

My only complaint is it was shipped in a very thin plastic mailer, and one corner of the cover and several pages were scuffed and curled as a result. I would have appreciated the seller either using a thicker mailer or doubling the thin mailer to protect my purchase, as I've had other sellers do.
