No way does that make sense.pictures were clear as day and she chose to purchase the item. She didn’t even ask questions prior to purchasing not till she received it was there a problem. DO NOT let her buy from you. We all have circumstances in life like she said but we deal with them and don’t rip people off by asking for a complete refund without sending it back.
