While they offered to send me reimbursement for shipping it back, they didn’t take into account that I would have to repackage and go to the post office to return the product. All of this is also a time issue. I wait to get the shipping cost from them, I wait for it to ship back, and I wait to get what I originally wanted ( which they messaged that they currently didn’t have).
