Beautiful OwlCrate signed edition, ruined. I contacted the seller, they simply told me to return it, with no apology, no "I will do better next time". If you look at their negative feedback, most of it deals with books. Seller clearly does not value books and I would not order books from this seller unless you don't care about condition. Very disappointing experience. Please use bubble wrap!!!
