The seller said they had to file a claim which takes 2 weeks. I didn't ship or package the items (which was shoddily done, I'm surprised they weren't all broken) so I asked for my $15 refund (half the cost) up front. They refused saying I was being unreasonable and holding them hostage with a bad review threat. Its been over 2 weeks and nothing. Here is my review.
