Packaging was okay. Item as described. Great communication. Slow delivery was more than made up for by the fact that I ordered only one but received two! Mistake? IDK. But I certainly have to call this a great value!

The title stated that the hose is 50' which is what I wanted. Before it was shipped I realized that the listing details state that the hose is only 25'. Upon my request, the seller promptly canceled the order. I'm satisfied with the customer service. Thank you.

On 06-26-2025 I received a text stating the vendor’s store would be closed for a week and the vendor does not accept returns. So now I have to wait till the store reopens just to get the delivery process started . Then I get notification that(I) chose USPS for delivery-(not true). I had no choice in who the vendor chooses to use for shipping. (I hate USPS & if I have a choice I would never use USPS).
