These things happen so I sent an email with a picture and they responded promptly. Incredibly courteous and polite and the proper item was sent out immediately. These people are what ebay should always be. I will definitely be doing business with them again

Packaging: OK. The item itself was pierced in the front. There was a hole in the shrink wrap. I opened it. The case spine had a crack. The CD was loose & scratched badly on both sides. I contacted the seller & sent pics for proof. I was refunded immediately thankfully.
