I wanted 15 of the 5 amp breakers that were listed, 10 were correct but the other 5 were not. The seller was quick to respond when I pointed out this discrepancy and offered a solution that was fair and reasonable. Thank you

The plastic wrapping package was not sealed, so I cannot verify if the part is new or refurbished but appears to be new. Definitely OEM as verified by the branding of "Robertshaw" and "Invensys" stampings. When installed and working is definitely a good value. The item and was shipped in a timely manner; however, bubble wrap should have been used in the box that the item was shipped in. Good seller. Would recommend this seller.

Upon notification, the seller offered a replacement item which I accepted. I have since received the replacement which is exactly what I expected. The seller has earned my respect and I will definitely order from him again. 5 stars all the way.
