The first computer was damaged during shipping and he took it back right away and promptly replaced it. I thought the seller was easy to work with. The second computer arrived in just 8 days and had no problems. Since I had requested modifications to the computer that was being sold, I thought it was fast. The price was very reasonable and my grandsons are thrilled with their new computers. They look great!

I will look for other items from this seller. Item arrived 7 days after purchase. While it's not the famous Prime 2 days, at this price I'm willing to wait 5 more days. Seller communicated that the item had arrived. I did not try to reach out to them as I don't see any issue.

I can't even get the post office to send a first class letter that far for the price! I only paid $0.99 for the cord, I don't know how they manage it, but keep up the great work. Highly recommended and will use them again.
