Seller was able to help out and despite the delay, which was completely outside the control of seller, the item arrived still very quickly. The item was also very well packaged and travelled safely across the world. The Smurf is even cuter and in better condition as described. Very positive buyer experience. The packaging allowed for a lower shipping cost, but still allowed the item to arrive undamaged. It was as described.
