The first computer was damaged during shipping and he took it back right away and promptly replaced it. I thought the seller was easy to work with. The second computer arrived in just 8 days and had no problems. Since I had requested modifications to the computer that was being sold, I thought it was fast. The price was very reasonable and my grandsons are thrilled with their new computers. They look great!

Seller communicated that the item had arrived. I did not try to reach out to them as I don't see any issue.
