Overall experience with seller was good and communication was excellent. Would have given a higher rating but item was unusable as PC would not boot up into Windows.

I spent $400 on a pc that was never sent to me, tracking said shipping label was created but they didn’t have the package for two weeks. I reached out and asked when it would ship and they said they already gave the package to ups and would look into it but they never got back to me about it.
