  I was very excited to receive this item, but it didn't make it- it was during the holidays and somewhere along the way it disappeared from the package. I was really disappointed and kind of embarrassed that I had been that excited. The seller was excellent in her communication with me and very helpful. She was very kind about it and that helped to take some of the sting out of the whole thing. Thank you! Considering what happened- great seller and I look forward to purchasing from her again!

  First time buyer, just received my item and I’m in love!! Great communication with seller, answered any questions I had. The tracking doesn’t update after leaving UK so the delivery day is unknown and cannot pay customs before arrival. Item was packaged securely and arrived very quickly in Canada. Absolutely beautiful item and looks exactly like the photos provided. Highly recommend this seller, I love love love my ring! Thank you so much! ♥️
