We told them "yes, if you follow the instructions"....They know it works, know they are not up to doing the job, nobody else is getting the problem and they say that others will be able to do it, but they can't. That's worth a neg for us? How on earth are we to blame because (on their own admission) they are not able to get it right? Some people amaze me.
