That's worth a neg for us? How on earth are we to blame because (on their own admission) they are not able to get it right? Some people amaze me.

Your printer CANNOT, in any way, determine that you have used "non-genuine" ink to refill your cartridges! All you do it click on "continue" and it prints! This is the downside to refill kits, 5% of peaople don't understand whgat they are doing, and immediatel;y blame the ink. The ink is just in! When you bought the cartridge, it had ink in it, you used it and put some more ink in. How on earth can it be faulty?
