We received the product and it's perfect. It just took longer than stated. Seller isn't US seller. They drop ship DHL from China and withhold shipping details until it hits US soil. USPS then updates the tracking and you get it a few days later. In my case I purchased on 1/4 and didn't get until 1/14. 10 days and wonky tracking is ALWAYS CHINA.
