The unit was extremely dirty- filters packed with dust/dirt. The unit was charged x 18 hours and still wouldn’t hold a charge. Communication with seller was positive- return, postage paid label was provided & $$ will be refunded.

I would have expected this in an outer box as the manufacturers box was damaged in shipping, which led me to believe the product could potentially be damaged as well. Thankfully it was fine.
