    The item came exactly as described. The items was EXTREMELY well packed. Bonus points for this. Shipping took 1 day longer than the maximum estimated. This was a small disappointment since it I am only 100 km away. yet it took 8 days to arrive to me. I had asked the seller a question regarding the item (could I swap one part for another). This was never responded to. This was not a big deal, but I would have liked a response.

    Laptop was like brand new. It was beyond as described and I'm very impressed with the condition, quality and how well it was bubble wrapped up nice and securely.     The seller did a perfect job packaging the product. I haven't seen a more carefully and securely packed item. It arrived within one or two business days with no issues at all. The machine was clean and in great condition, ready to plug in and use. I don't use Windows, but the fact that it came preloaded with Windows 11 is a plus. It runs smoothly on Linux as well. All the specifications matched the description exactly. I highly recommend this seller. Thanks!
