When package arrived it was just floating around in the box with only very very little newspaper. Car was not in a protector. J hook was bent and creased and one corner was damaged as well. Horrible experience with this seller. When I messaged seller I was clearly not thrilled because the value of what I purchased was deflated due to poor packaging. You advised me that you would rather open the hot wheel and give me a bad review before sending it back therefore not allowing me to fix the issue. Your responses were completely inappropriate and uncalled for. I care about my customers which is why I offered the refund, however, being kind to people goes a long way. Peace!
