I chose another pair which happened to be cheaper, and was given a partial refund with no quibbling. I am delighted with the boots I bought, the quality is excellent and they look great.

We didn't realise this until we had purchased but we weren't in a rush, and not seeing it was our fault. Bag arrived 2 days after estimated delivery time but suspect this might be Royal Mail's fault. Having said all that.....bag is great and a good price. Arrived well packaged as well so all good.
