I asked if they could do $5 lower than what was listed at and they immediately dropped the price for me. I was anxious awaiting the ordered and when it arrived I was sad to see it was broken in several places (probably during shipping since this is a product that is hard to box well), I messaged the seller with pictures and they apologized and immediately issued a refund and told me I could keep it as well. Great seller!

Shipping was fast, packaging was excellent, coat was as described, though maybe treated a bit conservatively by the seller as to its visual appeal! I love the look of it and will have fun wearing it next winter. Well worth the price, and the seller was a gem to work with. Would recommend and applaud this one and deal again!

It shipped so fast. I don't think I've ever had anything arrive to me from eBay that was packed better than this was. It was perfectly packed. The cup is so much better than it was described. Seeing it in person made me so happy that I paid what I did. it was worth it!  Excellent seller!
