Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2016 im Fachbereich VWL - Sonstiges, Note: 1,6, Universitat Erfurt (Staatswissenschaftliche Fakultat / Lehrstuhl fur Institutionenoekonomie und Wirtschaftspolitik), Veranstaltung: Institutionenoekonomik, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Masterarbeit behandelt die Bedeutung der oeffentlichen Verwaltung fur die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung des postsowjetischen Russlands. Die Betrachtung des Sachverhalts erfolgt hierbei aus einer institutionenoekonomischen Perspektive. Diese sieht in der spezifischen Ausformung einer Gesellschaftsordnung die entscheidende Determinante fur die Wirtschaftsentwicklung dieser Gesellschaft. Entscheidend fur die Nachhaltigkeit des Wirtschaftswachstums ist in diesem Zusammenhang, inwiefern das gesellschaftliche Wissenspotential infolge einer bestimmten institutionellen Verfasstheit nutzbar wird. Das zeitgenoessische Russland als Untersuchungsgegenstand ist somit von hoher institutionenoekonomischer Relevanz. Obwohl die russische Bevoelkerung im internationalen Vergleich uber ein hohes Bildungsniveau verfugt, ist der gesellschaftliche Wohlstand, gemessen am Bruttoinlandsprodukt (BIP) pro Kopf, unverhaltnismassig gering. Die These der Masterarbeit lautet, dass der verminderte Wohlstand eine Folge der institutionellen Verfasstheit der oeffentlichen Verwaltung im postsowjetischen Russland ist, welche die nachhaltige Nutzung des gesellschaftlichen Potentials systematisch verhindert. Methodisch wird diese These in drei Arbeitsschritten gepruft. In einem ersten Schritt wird ein institutionenoekonomisches Modell entwickelt, welches die theoretische Grundlage fur die weiteren Arbeitsschritte bietet. Als normatives Modell konstruiert, behandelt dieses im Detail das Verhaltnis von Wirtschaftswachstum, Wissen und Gesellschaftsordnung.
