Item was as described & pictured but the length measurement is incorrect. I purchased the 19.6 inch rack, which actually measured 19 inches in length at the top and 17.7/8 in length at the bottom. As such, I am only able to fit 3 pairs of shoes total on the 2 bottom racks. 1 and 1/2 pairs on each rack.

No excessive packaging, but arrived without a scratch, though the box looked rough. New condition. Looks better quality than other laminated pieces that I have bought in the past.
