    I was pleased to see the arrival of a packet, earlier than expected, the other day. Sadly, the wrong item had been sent. The seller apologised very speedily & informed me that the item I wanted was no longer in stock. Complaints? None at all. My money was refunded in full without my asking & a postage paid label was sent for me to return the item. Thephotographyshop puts excellent customer service first & deals with problems swiftly & professionally. I will definitely try them again.
