The item was in better condition than described and was deemed authentic by Bagaholic101. My only concern is that the protective wrapping warped the strap a little but I'm confident that issue will resolve with use. It was otherwise very well packaged with bubble wrap + both plastic and fabric covering being used within the box. 10/10 recommend!!!

After I took the purse to my repair shop and gave the price for the repair, the seller refunded me the cost for the repair. I am very happy with my purchase.
