      Item that arrived wasn't as described. It's not cotton or even new woth tags. Instead it actually has marks on it and was delivered in trash bags inside a shipping box. Already tried contacting the seller and they wouldn't respond to me.

      I ordered a ground rod driver bit for TR Industrial demolition hammer. Get the tracking ids, etc. This morning I got an out for delivery email followed by a delivered email then a refund email. There was a message from seller today about the same time as the delivery email stating it was available and they were sorry.
