They promptly sent out a replacement which got lost by postal service. I was impressed by how they handle things when it doesn’t go as planned. If you don’t mind please open box and inspect ..Send picture s of condition of item.Just to make sure it wasn’t a shipping and handling accident from my 1st purchase..Thank you..
