I chose to keep it since it looks and works just like the original. Great customer service! Docking one star because it was the wrong item, but overall I'm happy with the outcome.

But after informing the vendor of the lost package, they not only shipped another one immediately but, it seems like they paid for extremely fast shipping. I initially bought a refurbished massage gun but the vendor also said they sent out a brand new version because of my inconvenience.
