Overall good experience except they said that they specifically asked if I wanted them programmed, they actually said is there any thing else that you specifically want before I post them also the postage was over $100aud but it cost me only $27. They said a full refund and they said thanks

Seller programmed hearing aids to latest audiogram flawlessly and provided a copious 3-4 page report on the programming parameters. seller offered large return window and warranty.
