Very well packed with good guide notes and even spare grommets. The hose itself is great. Doesn't tangle or kink at all. So much more flexible than the original Karcher one. The connecters at each end are metal and really good quality. I opted for the 10m hose which allows me to go all around the car - no need to move the machine at all. Wish I'd got one of these and long time ago.

The hose looks excellent quality and since I have not yet had the time to test it out, I can only comment on the delivery and the overall looks of the hose. It is definitely cheaper than the Karcher equivalent and from previous Karcher hoses I have purchased, the quality looks slightly better, as this hose has a slightly larger hose diameter and a strong looking outer sheath.

Beats the Karcher supplied stiff plastic pipe for flexibility hands down . Makes using the pressure washer a pleasure rather than than wrestling with original supplied pipe . Well packaged and delivered inside 24 hrs. I highly recommend this product. The extra length of 15 meters is useful allowing location of the power washer away from the work area . Good value for money.
