I sent an e-mail to the seller asking what had happened to my order-NO REPLY. On 31March I sent a second e-mail- NO REPLY. On 01April I sent a third e-mail-NO REPLY!!! I contacted e-bay, who were super efficient, ( the seller may never understand what that means) and eventually got a refund of £5.99. Even then I still had no response from the seller, STERLINGEFFECTZ, to say sorry or offer explanation.
