The fine print that states YOU MAY NOT EVEN GET THE SAME ITEM YOURE PAYING FOR... then you can get great customer service and communication like "...upon recent discovery, the label was made in a different way than usual; therefore, this claim is going to take longer to come to a resolution." Worst ebay transaction in 20+ years. 2.5wk of patience, never recieved my order. Wow.

My only issue was with delivery but that’s on usps as they didn’t update their tracking properly and then sent the package to a facility 10 minutes from me and then back to the edge of the state to two facilities two hours away and then back to the same facility 10 minutes away and then to my post office. Don’t recommend usps at all but will definitely recommend this seller. Checked the charge cycles and charge capacity and it was as described. I faced charging issues at the start however seller was very responsive and helped me troubleshoot issues. He even offered me to refund it in case of any issues. However with his help, I managed to get past the issues. Great seller!
