Despite the carton my item was packed and shipped in had visible signs of damage, the bike itself did not show sign of significant damage. This is not the sellers fault, that lies with FedEx, which lost my bike for 4 days. I discussed this with this retailer, and they immediately made full remediation. The bike is great quality, and I love the bike. Great value for the price. The bike is beautiful.
