Two stopped working after a year or two. One took a lightning strike last year. The other more recent replacement developed a blue screen problem on start up. I think it had just recently took a windows update. It may also have taken a lightning strike. I live in Florida. Lightning happens. I will try to unplugging. The price is right. I am happy with this seller and product.

It was well packaged and in very good condition. I am making a Linux laptop for me to get more familiar with Linux. It needed certain specs, which this computer has. This was perfect. This is wonderful quality and value. The computer's appearance is good. I now have a nice Linux laptop with great specs and at a bargain price. I highly recommend Blair Tech.

Communication and transparency was fantastic from the beginning. Tracking of shipment was superb and the item arrived a day early. Packaging was also superb. The laptop was setup with OS as described and seller included instructions that stated charging for an hour before setup - perfect. There was even a link on the Desktop for setting up the 1 year warrantee. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!
