They were let down by the delivery service, provided by Aramex, who finally managed to deliver the item from Sydney to Melbourne 17 days after the seller shipped it. This is not the seller's fault- they did not receive value for money. But buyers should know that receiving your parcel may require follow up with the courier service and that it may take some time.
