It’s a rack mount unit for studio use , it arrived with out the brackets . The seller just replied saying he had no got them . I would not of purchased the item if I had of know it had no mount brackets . Iv never given negative feedback but In this case I was flustered with the sellers lack of understanding of the importance of the brackets in a rack mount unit they are not easy to replace, a refund should have been an option in this case .
